Terms & Conditions

1. Conditions

The present conditions of sale regard the regulation of purchase of the products through internet, from the site: www.sprayleggero.it respecting the Italian normative, d.lgs 206/2005 and subsequent changes and additions.

The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa with registered office in Via della Mendola 39 – 00135 Rome and field office (Offices and Production) in Via Ponte Tapino, 19 03030 Broccostela (FR) Italy, Tax Code 05207721001 and VAT Number 02154500603, email address: info@sprayleggero.it

The consumer who accesses the Site to make a purchase (Customer) must, prior to sending order, accept the present General Conditions.

2. Purchase of products

The features and price of the various products on sale on the Site are shown on the relative page for each Product.
For the purchase of Products the Customer has the possibility of not registering but supplying an email address and necessary shipping details for the products.

Registration instead allows easier access, for subsequent orders, having to simply insert email and password.
With the submission of the order from the Site, which has value of a proposed contract, the Customer recognizes and declares to have read all the instructions supplied to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the present General Conditions and of transcribed payment.

The contract stipulated between Compagnia Alimentare Italiana spa and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Compagnia Alimentare Italiana S.p.a. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer by email of confirmation of the order itself, containing the order number, shipping and invoice details, list of Products ordered with their essential specifications and total price, including any foreseen shipping costs. The Customer will check the email of confirmation and if any errors are noted in the order, he will have 12 hours from moment of receiving the said email to contact Customer Service directly on the Site using the specified form in Contacts.

Once the order has been received, Compagnia Alimentare Italiana spa will provide for shipping immediately. In the case of one or more Products is unavailable, the Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Customer Service will send swift notification via email to the Customer, who within the following 12 days, will have the option of responding to confirm the shipment of the other available items or cancel them. In case there is no response sent within the 12 days, the order will be considered confirmed and the available Products will be shipped.

3. Information on products

The information and specifications relative to the Products is available, with the relative Product codes, on the Site.
The visual representation of the products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the image photographed to accompany the fact sheet. It is understood that the image of the Products has the sole purpose of presenting them for sales purposes and may not accurately represent the features and qualities but may differ in colour and size. In case of discrepancy between image and written fact sheet, the description of the Product on the fact sheet will prevail.

4. Pricing and shipping

If accessing as Visitor, Guest or Customer (B2C) the prices of the products, expressed in Euro, are visualized including all the imposed taxes.

  • Shipping within Italy:

    Within Italy shipping is free for orders over 25€, for orders below the cost of shipping it varies according to the delivery destination and is visualized in the cart before order is confirmed.

  • Shipping abroad:

    The cost of shipping abroad varies according to the delivery destination and is visualized in the cart before order is confirmed.

5. Method of payment and invoicing

5.1 Method of payment

The final costumer (Visitor, Guest and Customer) may make payment for product price and relative shipping costs by PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD), the latter available only for shipments made in Italy with the additional service charge of €3.50.

  • PayPal

    Once order is confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he will be able to make payment with his account or using a card, even prepaid, or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in respect of the relative conditions.

  • Bank transfer

    The Customer must make the bank transfer within 3 days of the order for the orders related to the products. In the case that this does not occur, the order will be cancelled. The Customer who has not made the transfer may be then contacted by Customer Service to clarify whether the failure of payment is by wish of Customer to cancel purchase or for other causes.

    Reason for payment: The Customer must indicate here purpose of the bank transfer, the date, and number of the order, as listed in the confirmation email.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    This method of payment is available only for shipments made in Italy and only for orders not over 500€. Payment will be made upon delivery (upon receipt of the Products) and may be made exclusively in cash. For cash on delivery (COD) shipments, the Customer is asked to pay an extra shipment charge of 3.50€.

5.2 Invoicing of orders

Whenever a purchase is made by professionals it will be possible to request an invoice by also completing with Company name and subsequently the name of the VAT during the ordering process and inserting invoicing details including VAT number. In such case, the invoice will be sent via email to the address indicated. The professional is responsible for accurate completion of the invoicing details.

6. Transport and delivery

IAll purchases will be delivered by express courier, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa is not responsible for unforeseen delays and is not attributable.
Nevertheless, except for cases beyond our control or fortuitous event, the Products ordered will be delivered within 1/2 working days.

Delivery services active in Italy

  • GLS

    The service consists of 2 attempts of delivery to the address indicated at the time of order. After each attempt a notice will be left. At the second unsuccessful attempt of delivery, the Courier will try to contact the recipient of the order by phone at the number indicated, to arrange delivery. If recipient cannot be contacted or is absent, the merchandise will be returned to the warehouse.

Delivery services active Abroad

  • Express Courier

    Shipments made abroad may be made with different couriers depending on the Country of destination so as to assure the Customer the best rate available.

7. Right to cancel

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for whichever reason, without necessary explanation and without any penalty, except for cases excluded as provided by the following point IV. To use this right, the customer must send notification to Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa within 14 days from the date of receiving the Products.

Such notification must be made by sending a registered letter, addressed to:

Customer Services of Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa will see to, once notification has been received, the opening of a file to manage the return and to notify the Customer with instructions on method of restitution of Products.

The right to cancellation is regulated by the following conditions:

I. The right is applied to the Product purchased in its wholeness; therefore, if the product consists of more components or parts cancellation is not possible on a sole part of the Product purchased.

II. In the case of claiming the right to cancellation, Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa will reimburse the customer in full for the merchandise returned, including costs of shipping if foreseen, within 14 days from the date the cancellation notification was received, Compagnia Alimentare Italiana is subject to withholding payment of refund until they actually receive the goods.

III. In addition to being able to guarantee the gratuity of the return pursuant to the following article 8, the products must be returned in the same package in which they were received.

8. Free return in case of claim to right of cancellation

As condition in great favour of the Customer, Compagnia Alimentare Italiana spa fully takes responsibility for the costs of shipping for the return of the Products in case of right to cancellation.

9. Guarantee and defects of conformity

In case of defect of conformity of Products sold by Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service using the appropriate form of contact accessible on the Site by the Contact Us tab.

10. Complaints

Every potential complaint must be forwarded to Compagnia Alimentare Italiana Spa using the appropriate contact form accessible directly on the Site by the Contact Us tab, or phoning at number, +39 0776 890775, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm,excluding weekends and holidays, or by registered mail to the following address:
